App Store & Play Store Screenshot Generator

Drop your app screenshots, pick a device frame, background and caption, and download every store size in one zip. Nothing is uploaded — it all runs in your browser.

Frame style Off by default: Apple’s marketing guidelines say generic device drawings should not show Apple-specific details such as the sensor housing or volume buttons.
Use a bezel PNG you downloaded yourself (for example from Apple Design Resources). It is read only in this browser, never uploaded or saved. uhub does not distribute any device images, and the file’s own license applies.

How to use

  1. Drop one or more screenshots into the box, or click to choose files. Use ↑ to change the order.
  2. Type a title and an optional subtitle for each screenshot. Click a thumbnail to preview it.
  3. Choose a device (iPhone, iPad, Pixel, Galaxy or no frame), the frame color, shadow and tilt, a background preset or your own gradient, and a text style preset or your own size, weight, alignment and color.
  4. Tick the store sizes you need, or use the App Store / Google Play buttons, and pick PNG or JPEG.
  5. Click “Download (ZIP)”. Each size gets its own folder with screenshot_1, screenshot_2 and so on.

App Store Connect and Google Play both ask for screenshots at fixed pixel sizes, and most teams wrap the raw screenshot in a device, a colored background and a short headline. This app store screenshot generator does that in the browser: add several screenshots at once, write a caption for each, and export all of them for every selected size in one go.

The layout follows a simple template. The caption sits in the top 20% of the image, 8% in from the sides. The device takes the lower 80% and is scaled to 85% of that area. The frame is a generic device drawn by code: a metal (black or silver) or matte clay rim, a glass bezel, real-device screen corners and a two-layer soft shadow, with optional tilt. Screen proportions come from each device (for example 1320×2868 for iPhone 16 Pro Max and 2064×2752 for iPad Pro 13"). Text size is given in points for a 2868 px tall canvas and scales with the output height, so every size looks the same.

Sizes included: App Store iPhone 6.9" (1320×2868), 6.7" (1290×2796), 6.5" (1242×2688), 5.5" (1242×2208), iPad Pro 13" (2064×2752) and 12.9" (2048×2732); Google Play phone 1080×1920 and 1440×2560, 7" tablet 1080×1920 and 10" tablet 1200×1920. The screenshot is stretched to the device screen, so use a capture from a device with the same shape. Images never leave your browser.

Frequently asked questions

Which App Store screenshot sizes can I export?

iPhone 6.9" 1320×2868, 6.7" 1290×2796, 6.5" 1242×2688, 5.5" 1242×2208, iPad Pro 13" 2064×2752 and iPad Pro 12.9" 2048×2732. Tick any of them and each size is written to its own folder in the zip.

Do the Google Play sizes meet the Play rules?

Yes. Play requires the longer side to be at most twice the shorter side. The sizes here (1080×1920, 1440×2560, 1200×1920) are all well within that ratio.

Is the device frame a real iPhone image?

No. The frame is drawn by code as a generic device with each device’s screen ratio, so it carries no Apple or Google artwork or logos. Camera cut-outs and side buttons are optional and off by default, because Apple’s marketing guidelines ask that generic device illustrations leave out details unique to Apple products, such as the sensor housing and volume buttons.

Are my screenshots uploaded?

No. Composition, export and zipping all happen in your browser with canvas. Nothing is sent to a server or stored.

Can I use Apple’s official device bezels?

Yes, with “Load my frame”. Download the bezel PNG from Apple Design Resources yourself and open it here: the tool finds the transparent screen area and places your screenshot inside. The file stays in your browser’s memory, it is never uploaded, and uhub does not host or distribute any device images. Using Apple’s files is subject to Apple’s own license.
